We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our Sports Bar, Singapore Local Cuisine offerings, and Food Truck at our Golf Driving Range in Upper Jurong Road. This role will focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing daily operations, and upholding the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations of the Sports Bar, Singapore Local Cuisine Food, and Food Truck at Golf Driving Range.
• Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement menus, specials, and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Handle customer feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain the highest standards of food and beverage quality.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including local cuisine and bar management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Relevant qualifications in hospitality management (preferred).
