Responsibilities

Requirements

Job Description:

• Create ASEAN OEM Sales development strategy together with the client's subsidiary (Indonesia, Thailand) as well as distributors (Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines).

• Strong connections with ASEAN automotive OEMs, especially Japanese brands’ purchasing, R&D, and sales departments.
• Robust understanding of business and operational processes, branding, and product positioning strategies
• Excellent leadership qualities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in managing multi-national teams and distributors to ensure goal alignment and effective operations.
• Willing to travel frequently within short notice (approximately 50% of the time).
