Bachelor’s degree with major in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, supply chain and logistics management or related technical engineering field.
Minimum 8+ years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company (Minimum 6+ years' experience is required for Master degree holder).
Work experience in Global Freight Forwarding with experience in setting up automation solutions in in a logistics environment and relevant role (design warehouse automation equipment such as ASRS, AGV, DPS, DAS, etc. and setup warehouse) is a must.
Deep understanding of Global Logistics Automation, WMS/WCS.
Proficient in Logistics Automation Simulation.
Able to select Optimal option and application for automation equipment.
Good in warehouse automation layout design by using tools such as Autocad, Sketchup, CAD.
Experience in end to end project management.

Summary:
As General Manager, you lead your management team who represent Engineering, Production, Support, Project Management and Business Control departments.
