Our Client is seeking for a Relationship Manager (Onshore/Offshore) to maximize new business/acquisition/referral opportunities and deepening existing customer relationships to the specified service standards for the Clients Segment.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Conduct professional financial analysis sessions to meet customer needs and objectives.
• Strengthen customer relationships by providing regular market updates and trend analyses on financial products.
• Collaborate with team managers to create monthly plans for achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Participate in marketing activities for customer acquisition, source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide efficient after-sales services and manage anti-attrition and client retention.
• Organize and conduct sales presentations for various groups and solicit referrals from other parts of the bank.

ABOUT YOU:

• Understands the core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking
• Experience in Relationship Management at least 3 years

• Completed min 5 project cycles
• Strong Decision making and leadership skill
