Job Descriptions:

This marketing internship with OWELL will allow you to write and create various health and wellness related marketing content that resonates with our customers, as well as to increase brand awareness and draw in new customers from traditional and new media platforms. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Sales Manager Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence

• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

• Implementing new sales plans

• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.

Sales Manager Requirements and skills

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

• Strong business sense and industry expertise

• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

• The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.

• The ability to work under pressure.

• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)

• Digital Marketing and a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
• Know how to create customer value from a software platform and love the thrill of navigating customers and our team through a challenging business problem.

• Japanese language at a business proficiency level is essential to communicate with our Japanese clients for business needs/proposals/execution as well as for reporting purposes to our Japan HQ.
