Job Purpose:

The Sales Engineer is responsible for driving the revenue growth of his / her portfolio within the SEA region for both the advanced materials (coating services) and the industrial equipment business units.

The primary role is to focus on setting annual sales goals and work towards achieving them with the assistance of the Sales Director and other colleagues. Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into clients is key to success in this role.

The Role:

• Identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, servicing accounts and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify potential new clients and selling actively create sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions (trade shows & consumer shows)
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

The Persona:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
• Proficiency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Share Kodecoon’s vision and recommend suitable coding programs for students
