Main Responsibilities:

• Able to analyse and promote new flooring and furniture range of company in the Architect and building contractor sector
• Physical or e-meetings for product presentation, study of plans, taking measurements, processing Bills of Quantities, making
• Proforma Invoices for Global clients, settlement of contractual obligations and timely furnishing of marketing details to core team for providing contracts and sales confirmation.
• Update client database and initial product intro and basic follow ups.
• Analyse and prepare monthly quantity requirement, inventory assessment and stock purchase and transfer planning along with local administration team.
• Educate customer thoroughly on company Billing and terms and conditions procedures and other contractual obligations necessary to complete the order.
• Find and review sub-contractors for material installations and other job works and give report on their job done in timely manner to the core team and also local administration team.
• Assist in tender submission with specific deadlines.
• Responsible for material order processing and cost control.
• Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
• Preference for BCA (Building and Construction Authority) or SCAL Technical license.
• Willing to take BCA or SCAL license
