The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for overseeing and driving the hotel’s sales,
marketing, and revenue strategies to optimise profitability, elevate brand recognition and
ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role demands a dynamic leader capable of
fostering revenue growth through innovative approaches, strategic team leadership, and
strong relationships with key stakeholder.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across all market segments, including corporate, group, and MICE, etc
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders to drive business growth and secure long-term opportunities.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to drive occupancy and revenue
• Lead and monitor the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends and competitor activity.
• Prepare and manage the sales & marketing budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s overall financial goals.
• Work with other departments including operations and food & beverage, to deliver a seamless and cohesive guest experience.

We Are Hiring: Tour Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell tour packages, including private tours, group packages, and customized itineraries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate travel solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and presentations.
• Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow up with clients.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor products to remain competitive.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
• Strong understanding of tour packages and travel products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for travel and creating memorable experiences.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
