Recruitment

· Meeting assigned sales target

· Ensure that the recruitment timelines are met.

· Posting of job advertisements on job portals, print media and social media

· Coordination of interviews (Face to face / Phone/ Zoom)

· Qualifying of candidates through interviews, screening and reference checks

· Look into developing potential candidate pipeline through a variety of avenues and platforms.

Account Management

· Maintain regularly close contact with our clients and build strong relationships

· Review, understand and support in the fulfilment of recruitment needs of our clients.

· Work closely with clients in the coordination of workforce planning

· Support in business development by introducing companies’ services to prospects.

· Proactive in partnering with clients, peers, and job seekers
