Responsibilities:

a) Attend to walk-in customers and provide a high standard of customer service

b) Ensure that individual and outlet targets are achieved

c) Ensure adherence of outlet staff to all company policies / procedures, such as punctuality etc

d) Works closely with fellow shop assistants and develop good cooperation and teamwork

e) Ensure proper grooming standards which are in line with company's image at all times

f) Upkeep shop and maintain display standards

g) Ensure storeroom is maintained clean and neat at all times in accordance with company's guidelines/ requirements

h) Ensure that merchandise & visual display is adhered to HQ direction

A Singapore based precision optical company is looking for dedicated sales engineer who is fast learner, enthusiastic in sales and customer services

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business accounts

- Establish good working relationships with customers and partners

- Follow-up and manage customers enquiries and order shipments

- Recommend suitable products and solutions to the customers

- Provide monthly sales update to the management

- Evaluate new potential products for customer

- Manage with system set up, paperwork, commissioning and ensure that delivered system performance is within specifications

- Attend local or overseas events, conferences and exhibitions

Job Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (EEE; Electronic, Mechanics; Biomedical etc.) related discipline

- 2 years of sales experience in optics, laser, spectroscopy, and photonics is preferred.

- Fresh graduates who are keen to explore industrial sales or with engineering background are also welcome to apply

- Be keen on business travelling

- Self-driven and motivated team player

- Good presentation and communication skills with willingness to learn
