The Customer Care team is responsible for serving as the customer’s main point of contact for quoting and placing orders for Drew products and services and assisting in the resolution to a customer’s inquiry or issue. • Develop new customers while managing our existing customer base
• Pre-sales preparation (preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to customers)
• Provide technical and engineering support to customers, whenever necessary.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and /or related areas
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in Hospitality / Food Catering.
