Sales admin:

· Follow the process from Order booking till Sales invoicing with close communication with internal team members & customers.

· Manage relationships with customs and transportation suppliers.

· Optimizes the flow of information between departments involved in the processing of customers’ requests.

Logistics:

· Track import orders.

· Track, prepare, and send orders within the specified time frame to customers.

· Handling disputes related to transportation (package loss, delivery to incorrect address, etc.) = occasional tasks.

· Stock management with first in first out.

Requirement:

· Major in International Trade/Logistics and related 3 years+ working experience.

· English (Reading Writing Speaking)

· Computer skills (ERP - CRM - MS Office (Excel & PPT))

Position: Sales Executive

• Location: (Nearest MRT: Nicoll Highway/Bugis)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm & Sat 9am – 1pm)
  Salary: $2800 - $4500 (Starting pay will be based on job experience)
