• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring outstanding service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct regular business reviews to identify emerging needs and nurture long-term partnerships.

Team Development and Leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in electrical equipment & power solutions sales in data centres will be highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L within regional sales operations.
• Excellent knowledge of power protection technologies (e.g., DRUPS, UPS, diesel generators, modular power infrastructure solution).
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with experience in regional sales operations.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets and P&L.
• Ability to travel across the region as required.

Key Responsibilities
