• Develop marketing strategy and executing marketing projects from start to finish
• Develop relationships with channel suppliers (specialists doctors and nurses) for lasting working relationship
• Communicating and ensuring timely rollout of marketing plan.
• Researching demand for existing products/services and developing plans.
• Competitor analysis and pricing research.
• Identifying potential customers segments (B2C and B2B).
• Developing promotional packages.
• Compiling lists describing our offerings (Product offering).
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Sales and lead generation
• Report to CEO.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience preferably with hand surgery clinics
• Diploma in business or marketing
• Experience in sales/ business development in healthcare industry and liaising with specialist doctors

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) account of overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate New Sales & complete responsibility for all assigned NVOCC account for their requirements on all trade lanes and basic follow up calls.
• Active participation in the end-to-end sales process involving proposal/quotation/BAF notice/ Rate Negotiation / Closing spot Ad hoc rates
• Provide FCL & LCL Sea freight quotations to overseas customers and domestic customers.
• Generate Sales for the company under Freight Forwarding Division.
• Ensure timely rate updates and market tendency communication with all parties involved.
• Good regular customer account in hand to secure business .
• Collect market feedback and work closely with Pricing / Procurement Team
• Deal with liner on slot operators around Singapore .
• Offer solution to agent for shipment /space , all matters related to shipment .
