Job duties

• Full order to cash process
• Logistic arrangement for air shipment between Germany and ASPAC
• Logistic arrangement of land transport locally
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and delivery schedule are handled efficiently.
• Ensure the adequacy of sale-related equipment or materials.
• Handle the processing of all order with accuracy and timeliness.
• To perform daily operations, including process Sales Order & issue Purchase Order, various general administrative tasks, and documentation preparation.
• Other ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
• Global order to cash process experience
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets set by Head of Sales.
• Develop business clientele via phone, email, and in person
