Job duties
- Full order to cash process
- Logistic arrangement for air shipment between Germany and ASPAC
- Logistic arrangement of land transport locally
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and delivery schedule are handled efficiently.
- Ensure the adequacy of sale-related equipment or materials.
- Handle the processing of all order with accuracy and timeliness.
- To perform daily operations, including process Sales Order & issue Purchase Order, various general administrative tasks, and documentation preparation.
- Other ad hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce
- Global order to cash process experience
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines
