Location: Remote (with occasional visits to the office and/or Zoom calls)
Position Type: Part-Time
Salary: $1,200 per month + CPF
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties.
Prepare and process salary, commission, and leave calculations.
Handle payments and tax submissions.
Manage legal and government-related tasks.
Conduct other accounting and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Ability to handle a full set of accounts.
At least 5 years of accounting experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with CPF contributions and tax regulations.
Work Schedule:
Part-time, up to 10 hours per week.
Flexible work-from-home arrangement.
Weekly visits to the office and/or Zoom calls as needed.
