Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
- Proactively plan creative, compelling, and targeted digital communications activity and campaigns
- Manage the creation and implementation of engaging content on the hotel’s website and social media channels, email campaigns and digital advertising
- Collaborating with digital agency to plan and execute digital advertising including SEM, SEO, PPC, display ads and paid social ads to drive website traffic and conversions
- Monitor and analyse the performance of OTAs platform and performance marketing providing regular reports and optimise the performance
- Create and execute social media campaigns that will generate leads, drive quality traffic and fans/followers engagement
- Plan and execute monthly newsletter
- Oversee photo and video shoot to develop creative assets to be implemented on digital and social channels
- Community management on hotel’s social media accounts
- Manage multiple social media accounts using Business Manager, HootSuite, etc.
- Generate monthly reports on social media performance with the ability to study and analyse figures to improve campaign performance
Administration:
- Prepare monthly marketing reports related to digital marketing initiatives
- Regular update on weekly marketing status report
- Provide digital marketing services support for hotel’s key departments
- Assist to evaluate requests for media stays (websites, bloggers, etc.) and digital advertising for the approval of the Director of Marketing and Communications
