Hand In Hand OTC is a private occupational therapy centre that provides family-centred occupational therapy services for both local and overseas individuals . We are seeking dynamic individuals to grow with us.
Job and Responsibilities
Provide day to day support of HR and administrative functions
Basic HR and admin duties such as – prepare monthly payroll, filling, update record
Maintain the HR database – annual leave, medical leave, medical claims, reimbursement, employee handbook, letter of appointment, etc throughl info- tech
Handle employees expense claims
Manage the Centre daily operations.
Manage corresponding email, faxes, mails & telephone calls.
Attend to parents/customers' enquiries
Schedule for Assessment and OT sessions
Liaise closely with management and therapist
Prepare weekly schedule
Prepare invoices and payments through quickbook
Any other HR, administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma qualifications, specializing in Human Resource Management is an advantage; with at least 1 years related experience
Good customer service attitude
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
