- Focus on financial institutions, including hedge funds, asset managers, trading companies, quant funds and robo advisors, ect. Form good understanding on the funds segment landscape and develop a good network within the segment.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, including but not limited to direct prospecting, referring channels and events.
- Develop in-depth understanding on moomoo’s platforms, products and solutions, able to differentiate and match accordingly to financial institutions’ trading and investment needs.
- Initiate and drive internal improvements on platforms, products and solutions to better match the general needs of financial institutions.
- Plan and work independently to achieve personal sales targets within a team setup, where you can leverage resources among your peers and other teams within the company.
- Maintain good relationship with financial institution clients and establish long term partnerships.
- At least 3 years of working experience in business development functions facing financial institutions, focusing on trading/investment products, platforms, or solutions.
- With trading background or has trading experience, being able to speak the language of traders is a huge plus.
- Self-driven in sales function and able to manage the whole sales cycle independently.
- Solid knowledge base in multi-assets, compulsory in equities trading. Able to pick up quickly on demonstrating trading/investment platform and solutions.
- Fast learner, effective communicator, and team player.
- Good command of Mandarin is a huge plus.
- Having passed CMFAS 1A, 6A and 6 or are exempted is preferred.
