Covering Travel Retail (Asia Pacific) and Local Markets (HK, Taiwan, South Korea, South East Asia & Oceania), the region is the biggest contributor and the most dynamic region in Guerlain’s WW market.
Under the regional Marketing team, based in Singapore, you will be reporting to the Senior Consumer Marketing Manager and working closely with HQ CRM teams (based in Paris) and the local teams, to implement efficient CRM action plans. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on innovative digital projects. This is the perfect role for you to mark your stamp in the fastest growing Asia Pacific business.
ROLE
You will be playing a key role in spearheading CRM projects to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for CRM topics, in line with the company’s strategy and brand image. You will also have opportunities to champion digital projects. You will deliver reporting and communication to the HQ teams, while ensuring regular contact with local teams.
MAIN MISSIONS
CRM (LOCAL MARKET AND TRAVEL RETAIL) :
- Be the main contact with HQ CRM team and markets’ CRM teams to ensure the smooth organization of the CRM events, Masterclasses, CRM topics (campaigns, loyalty programmes, data collection, lead generation intiatives).
- Lead the markets in defining their annual CRM strategies and action plans and provide timely reviews to attain CRM goals.
- Collaborate with markets to ensure that all executions are in line with global guidelines, brand expectations and local marketing objectives
- Consolidate and analyze consumer data for key launch campaigns (both quantitative and qualitative) to derive business indication and provide related action plans for markets to deliver CRM objectives.
- Garner latest consumer trends & insights in APAC
DIGITAL MARKETING AND e - COMMERCE (LOCAL MARKET):
- Be the main liaison for the opening and management of Guerlain.com online boutiques, in coordination with the local commercial teams and the HQ e - Commerce team, including:
- Product Launch Dates
- Key Consumption Periods and Festivals Orchestration
- Post Campaign Monitoring and Results Sharing
- Ensure all APAC e-business websites content updates with new product launches and animations in coordination with the local teams
- Liaise with HQ e – Commerce teams to convey our needs for adaptation in Asia Pacific
- Carry out a monthly reporting recap on e-Commerce business performances, activities and relevant KPIs
- Identify digital innovations within the industry, strategize future opportunities and pioneer new initiatives
- Be involved in the execution of digital projects, whenever the opportunities arise and ensure the follow-up of the implementation of digital initiatives
- Provide guidance and planning assistance with media activations related to e - Commerce
