Job Purpose:

Manage the end-to-end operation from administration of Tender/Quotation submission, Contract Maintenance to Order Fulfilment to meet the organizational KPI and deliver the world class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with Novation Agreements and maintain contracts/POs in SAP.
• Source and notify clients of tender/quotation opportunities.
• Support clients in document submissions and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Verify and maintain awarded contracts and POs in SAP, resolving discrepancies.
• Handle extension requests for tenders/quotations.
• Conduct ingredient checks and consult with the regulatory team as needed.
• Ensure submission copies align with client information and clarify discrepancies.
• Encrypt and send LOAs and contracts to clients.
• Assist with GPO post-tender queries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Record quantities accurately in SAP and seek client agreement for invoice settlements.
• Handle permit applications and product recalls.
• Ensure excellent customer care and assist with product/customer complaints.
• Monitor service level reports and implement improvement plans as necessary.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provide training for the team as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory and tender management role.
• Customer- focused with a pleasant disposition.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Purpose: To create VDL brand awareness through outreach to learning institutions, government platforms, recruitment agencies, and advertising agencies. To support the talent acquisition process of hiring the right person to meet the company's needs and objectives.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Outreach to learning institutions, government agencies, and recruitment and advertising agencies to build up a talent pipeline.
• Define a plan for outreach and participation in various events such as career fairs, university recruitment fairs, career talks, etc.
• Measure the effectiveness of outreach and make recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and report on recruitment lead time and open positions.
• Support the recruitment process to hire the right person for the right job.
• Initiate the onboarding process so that all stakeholders are informed of new employees coming on board.
• Support and participate in company continuous improvement program.

Qualification & Experiences:

• Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administrator or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or other similar roles.
• IHRP-CA/IHRP-CP certification will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of the Fair Employment Act
• Knowledge of Foreign Work Labour law
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
• Good communication skills
