Position 1 - Sales Assistant
· Key Responsibilities:
o Support the sales team in client communications, proposal preparations, and order processing.
o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
o Support the Sales Team with day-to-day operation
o Maintain backorder reports, track customer expediting requests, and provide notifications as needed
o Keep track and maintain adequate stock for on-going projects
o Generate sales-related documents, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and sales report
· Requirements:
o Proficiency in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
o At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
o Strong organizational skills; multitasking skills and attention to detail.
o Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales support or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Position 2 - Sales Executive
· Key Responsibilities:
o Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the GWP sector.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
o Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.

o Fluency in Chinese and English (spoken & written).
o At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
o Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
