Job Title : Sales Support Specialist (B2C)
As our sales function, the Sales Support Specialist at MIJ Hub offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as an individual contributor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a customer-centric environment and is eager to leverage their extensive retail sales experience in a dynamic and innovative setting.
In this role, you will drive sales across all MIJ brands, including student enrollment for MIJ Hub, securing donations, and promoting product sales from Ashraf Café and Inspo. You will engage with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to close sales, upsell, and retain customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure a seamless experience between our e-commerce platforms and sales efforts. You’ll also be responsible for utilizing HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive sales across all MIJ brands, focusing on student enrollment, donations, and product sales.
● Engage with customers via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and convert leads into loyal customers.
● Utilize HubSpot to manage customer data, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns, prepare sales materials, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
● Coordinate with other departments to support smooth and efficient sales operations.
● Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
● Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
● Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed targets.
● Actively gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the sales process and offerings.
● Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
Requirements
● Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in retail sales or a customer-facing sales role, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
● Sales Expertise: Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals, upsell, and meet targets.
● Customer Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport and fostering long-term customer relationships.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with customers across calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
● Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
● Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
● Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), and a good grasp of digital tools to track and manage customer interactions.
● Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly marketing, to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
