Main Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities for renewal of the existing service plans (and maintenance) for standard and custom systems
• Be proactive in proposing service plans for newly installed standard and custom systems

• Advise customers & Sales representative on the client’s Service Plans & Spare Parts offering

1. Contact Sales Rep, discuss with them about an opportunity to sell a Service Plan.
2. Create draft quote with all attachments and share it with the Sales rep.
3. Check with Management (specific region), Field Sales Effectiveness (FSE) and coordination team if we have their agreement to assume such coverage.
4. Send the quote to the customer. If the customer already has a Service Plan for other systems, we can add the new system to the quote for the renewal of the existing Service Plan.
5. Follow up on the sent quote (close opportunity).

• Connect with FSE and identify systems that require multiple spare parts or critical spares in customer’s process, promote the client’s Spare Parts Advisory Service.
• Connect with relevant teams to ensure spare parts for custom systems are identified and queries from customer are addressed (feedback shared)
• Provide all relevant information (items numbers for service and spare parts, and documentation) when contacted by Sales reps.
• Create and Track Unite Tickets, and Cases with Kits Spares for spare parts not set up in the CRM (Salesforce)

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any fields

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven Outdoor Salesman to promote and sell carpentry services. This role involves actively engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored carpentry solutions for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for construction and carpentry, with excellent sales skills and a proven track record in building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Client Acquisition:Generate leads and identify potential customers for carpentry services through outdoor sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending local events.
  Visit residential and commercial sites to assess client needs and recommend appropriate carpentry solutions.
  Present and demonstrate carpentry services, such as custom woodwork, cabinetry, framing, and furniture, to potential clients.
  Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales progress, and follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into signed contracts.
  
• Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
  Provide expert advice on design, materials, and project timelines to clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.
  Handle customer concerns and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations:Conduct in-person meetings and sales presentations to showcase carpentry services, project portfolios, and pricing.
  Prepare and deliver competitive, customized quotes based on client specifications and requirements.
  Negotiate terms of sale, contracts, and pricing with clients to close deals and meet sales targets.
  
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in carpentry, construction, and home improvement to present the best offerings to clients.
  Analyze local competitors, identify unique selling points for the company’s carpentry services, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  
• Reporting & Administrative Tasks:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client information, and progress reports.
  Submit weekly/monthly reports on sales activity, goals, and performance metrics to the sales manager.
  
• Collaboration with the Carpentry Team:Work closely with carpenters and project managers to ensure the seamless execution of sold projects.
  Ensure client expectations are aligned with project capabilities and timelines.
