Our client is a Europe MNC, one of the leading players in the Freight Forwarding sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Operations Specialist to be part of their Operation team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily assessible.

The Project Operations Specialist's responsibles are:

• Timely and accurate registration of shipments into the CW1 forwarding system.
• Update internal and external systems with precise shipment data.
• Ensure adherence to all security arrangements and procedures.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of all forwarding documents.
• Collaborate and monitor Permit Declaration activities with the permit declaration vendor.
• Coordinate customer booking requests at both origin and destination through call forwarding.
• Proactively follow up, coordinate, and communicate shipment information with stakeholders, including subcontractors, shipping lines, shipping agents, freight forwarders, customers, and overseas offices.

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma and above
• Min 1 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/ shipping industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Experience in custom declaration (Import & Export)
