Your keen eye for identifying the needs of Sales and Marketing and financial intermediaries will be highly valued. Additionally, you will assist with gathering transaction data in support of short-term trading surveillance.

• Act as the main point of operational contact for all levels of assigned financial intermediary relationships.
• Support financial intermediary needs daily, including any changes to service environment.
• Responsible for resolution of operational inquiries coming from assigned relationships.
• Assist in development of efficient interfaces with financial intermediary in all regards.
• Oversee or manage projects to meet this objective.
• Manage exposure items, including aged trades, unapplied wires, and similar.
• Continually identify the needs of Sales and Marketing and financial intermediaries.
• Provide relevant information about financial intermediary for incorporation into monthly Management Awareness Report (MAR).
• Assist with gathering of transaction data in support of short-term trading surveillance.

Responsibilities:

· Generate new / potential clients and manage business working relationships with existing clients
