Key Areas of Responsibility:-

1. The Sales Executive key roles and responsibility is to solicit for sales of M&D product and services in your assigned market and customers including the final collection of any monies owing to the company.

2. You are to develop new accounts and grow the market shares of existing customers.

3. Formulate sales strategies to meet company's growth direction and plan for annual sales revenues.

4. To regularly report the sales activities and market intelligence to the immediate supervisor regarding customers and competitors movement.

5. Handle all customers issues related to technical specifications, quality and delivery diligently and feedback to the management and/or suppliers for immediate action when necessary

6. Constantly working very closely with the production, quality control team and customers to bridge the understanding in manufacturing capabilities, production costing and delivery issues

7. Provide technical support/design matters and advise costing to other Account Manager when necessary

8. The jobs responsibility may change from time to time to be determined by the company

Job Description & Major Responsibilities

• To be responsible for sales of Spare Part, General Service, and Modification (Customer account based).

• To handle customer sales enquiries/ complaints on regarding modification/spare parts/ service etc.

• To work with Equipment Sales Account/ FSO Technical/ Direct Dealing with customers for closing the issue or sales matters.

• To handle customer enquiry, RFQ, make sales proposal and quotation activities etc.

• To be responsible for sales negotiation and closing of sales.

• To liaise with customer, Japan counterpart for urgent delivery issue and any commercial sales/ spec/ price issue.

• To be responsible for Japan factory engineer labor order and process.

• Bi-weekly/ Monthly reporting for sales of spare parts, service, modification, sales forecast update (Customer account based).

• To analyze monthly sales invoice of modification/ spare parts, and the forecast planning (Customer account based).

• Candidates should possess at least a Diploma/ Degree

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive and able to work with little direct supervision

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Client Acquisition -
   Identify and qualify potential clients who need social media management, TikTok live selling, KOL campaigns, or other related services. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up.
2. Client Relationship Management - Act as the primary point of contact for prospects and clients during the sales process. Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
3. Platform Expertise - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of key social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) and their advertising capabilities.
4. Process Optimization - Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales activity and data effectively.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a social media agency or related field.
• Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into client solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and pitch ideas effectively.
• Results-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a small team environment and take ownership of the sales process.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.

Job Requirements

• Assist the CEO and Director of the company in responding to emails from the customer

• Assist in sales by generating and following up on business leads

• Identify potential customers, reach out to them with business proposal etc

• Follow-up via emails and phone calls and assist with enquiries

• Support client acquisition and retention by understanding customer requirements

• Work closely with the Sales Support team in a fast-paced environment to execute sales activities

• Performing administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and answering phone calls

Requirements :

• Technical knowledge of telecommunication equipment or IT will be an added advantage

• Must be driven, resourceful and collaborative

• Min Diploma holders. Degree in electrical or electronics will be an added advantage

• Possess right attitude to learn and support

• No specific technical knowledge or skill is expected in this role
