• Handle inventory management, housekeeping and merchandising
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service and selling skills, keeping the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assisting in display of merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or other credit cards
• Must also be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally

Willing to work on roster based on retail hours.

Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working hours:

• 6 days roster based (retail hour 10am to 10pm)
• 1 weekday off

This includes securing contracts for cleaning public areas, offices, and factories. The successful candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales accurately.
• Provide regular sales reports and analysis.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in industry events and networking activities.

• Proven sales experience in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Strong understanding of the general cleaning services market in Singapore.
