Responsibilities

• Ability to lead the team and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination meetings
• Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect incharge
• Support project team and efficiency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely

Job Description

• Develop, validate and perform bioassays and bioanalytical assays in compliance with FDA/EMA and GLP guidelines
• Refine current method in response to changing requirements of drug development
• Prepare study plan and study data of assays performed
• Analyse and present data/results
• Document work, results, analyses and findings in laboratory notebooks or study folders as appropriate according to workflow
• Draft SOPs and study reports
• Perform literature review for various drug pipelines and assays as required

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in biomedical science, life science or equivalent
• Prior research and development experience are required
• Proficient in mammalian cell culture and aseptic techniques is a must
• Experience in ligand binding assays mainly ELISA, cell-based assays, SDS-PAGE, western blot and reporter assays is highly desirable
• Good knowledge of cell based (potency) or ligand binding assays required in drug development process
• Proficient with office software (MS office, Teams), and familiar with statistical tools (Graphpad Prism, XLSTAT or PLA)
• Knowledge of bioassays, bioanalytics and its method validation, GLP and ISO17025 is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• AML Management: Provide support to develop, implement, and maintain the company’s AML policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with MAS regulations and local legislations.
• Transaction Monitoring: Conduct transaction monitoring to detect and report suspicious activities. Review and analyse alerts generated by our AML monitoring system.
• KYC/Customer Due Diligence: Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) processes for new and existing customers. Review information and documentation received, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Reporting: Prepare and submit Cash Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.
• Training & Awareness: Provide regular AML training and guidance to employees to enhance their understanding of AML obligations and best practices.
• Regulatory Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings as required by MAS and other regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:
