Responsible of Finance Automation Specialist:

• Spearheads the streamlining, enhancement, and automation of essential financial processes using programming tools, business intelligence software, or LCNC (low-code/no-code) platforms.
• Aligns with the department's strategic goals, operations, and workflows to actively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
• Develops process maps and crafts improvement plans that translate into comprehensive functional requirements for execution.
• Collaborates with business process owners across various departments to analyze current systems and workflows, addressing process-related challenges through automation and integration to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Provides support for special projects and initiatives as required.

Requirement:

• 3 years of experience in executing finance transformation projects.
• Strong IT skills, with hands-on experience in process automation tools (e.g., Python, Power Query, VBA).

About Child Protection Specialist Centre (CPSC):

We are dedicated to providing quality home-based services and support to families and children experiencing abuse or severe neglect at home. Referrals are received from the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) Child Protection Services to assist families and children identified as needing non-statutory services and support. Guided by a child-centred, family-focused, and community-based approach, our aim is to empower families to reach their fullest potential and provide ongoing support through life’s changes and challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Assume a secondary role in case management through providing support to caseworkers. To co-work with caseworkers in relation to clients and their family members through casework towards elimination of risk of child maltreatment.

• To perform liaison work and information gathering with public/community agencies who consult on child protection issues or report on allegations

• To provide public education and outreach to increase awareness of child maltreatment

• To provide logistics and administrative support of programmes (e.g. group work)

• Source and coordinate resources, brokering of services to meet the needs of clients

Requirements:

• Diploma in Social Work/in relevant discipline

• Able to work nights (at least 1-2 nights a week)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of work experience
