• Responsible for the Engineering Project Information / Data Management functions but not limited to collection and management of information from one or more sources and the distribution of that information to one or more audiences

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Engineering Degree with minimum 10 years of experience
• Knowledge and proficiency on Engineering Systems and Tools and its work processes
• Specialization in Oleflex, Aromatics, and Platforming process technologies, will be an added advantage
• Good understanding on Engineering Work flow and key deliverables
• Experience with O&G Offshore/Onshore projects with hands-on Project Information Management OR digital engineering solutions but not limited to:

In a Nutshell, we’re looking for…

Continuous Improvement Specialist with proven experience and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role will be responsible for reviewing current processes and identifying areas that need improvement using continuous improvement tools/methodologies. Responsibilities:

• Formulate/develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns/events to promote products/services that align with market trends and business goals.
• Track, review, and report the changes in customer engagement following the roll-out of each marketing campaign and measure the effectiveness of each campaign using various metrics.
• Collaborate with internal team (Designer, Digital Marketing) to develop campaign materials and support the execution.
• Collaborate with our in-house R&D and Product Management teams to develop marketing collaterals and support new product launch.
• Collaborate with regional marketing team (in APAC countries) for sharing of ideas and providing any support required.
• Responsible for the company’s brand awareness and presence through the use of various marketing channels and interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage social media channels (Linkdin) and ensure constant engagement with potential customers.
• Develop and ensure all creative marketing materials (brochures, packaging design, etc.) undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition landscape.
• Develop and design marketing campaign themes to enhance engagements for new products and promotions.
• Plan and manage the day-to-day operations of marketing activities.

Requirements:

• 2 years of marketing experience in life sciences/biomedical related industries
• Knowledge and experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
• Proficient in English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese Headquarter

Cyber Security Specialist (VAPT)

Job Description

Architect, design, review and implement cyber security resilient in our product and projects. You are familiar with cloud security architectures and solutions, making sure the companies can operate in a safe, secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in managing CyberSecurity VAPT, Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Management and Testing.
• Manage Network and Cloud Security Risk Assessment and Audit.
• Involved in handling Government Projects related to risk, security attacks and system solutions.
• Consultancy on software and hardware for security vulnerabilities and risks
• Plan VAPT, execution, result analysis and provide fix recommendation.
• Provide guideline such as coding, key management, hardening, patch management, backup management, incident management, etc.
• Familiar with IM8 requirements and CIS, NIST security benchmark, cyber security tools to perform preliminary scan.

Skills Required

• Strong in knowledge in CyberSecurity, Risk Assessment, VAPT, Vulnerability and Cloud Security.
• Strong in VAPT management.
• Good in handling Vulnerability Assessment.
• Knowledge of Penetration Testing on System or Mobile.
• Technically incline in CyberSecurity, Cloud, Risk and Vulnerabilities.
• Possess knowledge of IM8 and Government projects experience is preferred.
• Degree/Certifications in CyberSecurity.
• Possess CyberSecurity certifications.
• Possess Government domain is preferred.
