Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail or customer service experience in a retail or FMCG industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts and commit to 5-day work-week including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and handling cash transactions.
