Our Sales Trader performs various duties to support the team, including executing trading strategies, providing liquidity to our clients, actively sharing market insights with the team and clients, etc. He or she should be seasoned in options trading and have a solid knowledge of crypto. Being proficient in English and Mandarin communication in daily work is required.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Provide liquidity to institutional clients and counterparties as well as manage position or inventory risks.

2. Execute trading strategies in both exchange and OTC markets.

3. Identify and capture trading opportunities and execute proprietary trading strategies according to the company’s risk limits.

4. Manage trade booking and reporting.

5. Flexible to work on morning or night shifts, weekends, and holidays on demand.

Requirements

1. Degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Finance or any Business related disciplines.

2. At least 3 years of experience in sales and trading.

3. Strong analytical and mathematical skills and adapt quickly to changing markets.

4. Interest in cryptocurrency or blockchain.

5. Results-driven with high attention to detail.

6. Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals, whilst maintaining a professional, friendly, and client service quality.

7. Proficiency in python, R, SQL.

8. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin.

We seek a highly motivated and results-driven sales executive to build sales and grow the company by promoting and selling our educational products and programs. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building, and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop sales strategies to promote the centre's enrichment programs and services to increase revenue and customer base. This may involve collaborating with other team members to create marketing materials, attending trade shows or conferences, and conducting outreach efforts to potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with the centre's services and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Set, analyse and achieve sales targets to guide sales performance in the organisation, evaluate and monitor productivity against business objectives, as well as identify factors that affect sales operations in stores. Develop recommendations for improvement.
• Regularly report on sales performance, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement. This may involve tracking sales data, maintaining the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and monitoring competitor activity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma and above in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a sales executive or in a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of the education industry, particularly coding and STEM education is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
