Responsibilities

➤ Collaborate with the Sales Director to engage potential customers from various channels and convert leads into successful sales.
➤ Manage RFQs (Requests for Quotations) from both existing and prospective customers.
➤ Coordinate with suppliers on matters such as quotations, quality control, and logistics.
➤ Conduct comprehensive market research to analyze distribution networks and identify opportunities.
➤ Perform preliminary analyses and generate reports to support business development and sales strategies.
➤ Assist the Sales Director in creating impactful marketing materials, including catalogues, brochures, and datasheets.
➤ Maintain and manage customer database information to optimize communication and engagement efforts.
➤ Handle other ad hoc tasks, such as arranging meetings with suppliers, customers, or logistics forwarders; coordinating with the warehouse for shipments; and preparing shipping documents

Requirements:

➤Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
➤Experience in a B2B sales or marketing role within the semiconductor industry is a plus but not a must.

➤Training is provided
➤Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret large datasets.
➤Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ERP system experience is a plus.

Requirement:

• Possess at least Nitec or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, Construction or related field
• At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the construction or related industry
• Proficient in MS office application
• Able to read technical drawing and specification
• Possess Class 3 driving license / own vehicle (preferable)

Job Scope:
