Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management

• Set and prepare annual sales targets for approval, ensuring these targets are met.
• Plan and execute all Bakery-related marketing activities.

• Prepare monthly sales forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor market trends, sales volume, and revenue to identify opportunities and gaps.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• A good tertiary education, with a preference for a degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the Bakery or Hospitality industry.
• At least 3 years of experience of experience in supervising and managing a sales team.

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships at all levels of staff and with customers.
• Strong experience in account management, with a focus on meeting customer needs and expectations.
• A demonstrated ability to be resourceful and creative in formulating and executing effective sales strategies.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a sales team while working independently.
• A keen understanding of digital marketing trends and the ability to leverage social media and other digital avenues to enhance sales and brand presence.
