The Security Commercial Solution Area (CSA) Team positions the value of our best-in-class security solutions & services to enable Corporate commercial customers and public sector organizations to accelerate successful business outcomes of their digital transformation more securely.

The Regional Sales Leader for Security in the Small & Mid-Sized Business (SMB) segment is accountable to drive adoption and consumption of Security workloads through strong collaboration and leadership across the region that they are leading. The regional SMB sales leader will be an experienced Sales Leader who can coach other sales leaders to execute on strategy while creating a strong voice of the customer and field feedback loop​, have a strong ability to collaborate and build strong relationships in a matrix model without direct authority​, an exceptional experience with Partner Engagement & Acceleration in a scale model and contributes to the vision and go to market strategy to accelerate growth and increase market share of the Security business across the region.

Responsibilities

• SMB business leadership: Partner with Regional SMB Sales leads to develop and land cross-engine sales execution plan.  Drive solution play execution plan across engines aligned to revenue accountability, Stakeholder interlock on the right partners and resources given selected cohort target list.​
• Business Performance: performance insights, input to forecast, rhythm of the business (RoB) with stakeholders on course correction. ​
• Top deal support: Engage in top unmanaged deals and engage appropriate resources to accelerate close. Focus on competitive and dark to cloud wins.​
• SMB Voice of customer and partner: Regional market insights, local events and specific top deal escalation. ​
• Partner Performance: Assess top partner performance, define correction, partner with regional Partner (GPS) lead and Sales Enablement & Operations Leaders to adjust programs and offers.​
• Partner Engagement & Acceleration: Partner with GPS to accelerate growth through partner advisor

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years technology-related sales, account, territory or portfolio management experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field AND 10+ years technology-related sales, account, territory or portfolio management experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years senior technical sales leadership experience in cloud security
• 6+ years leadership in a scale business, including experience of channel leverage & leadership
• Understanding of ASIA security market in SMB segments

Job description:

• Manages procurement coordination with vendors for logistics and transportation services, equipment like gas detectors and protective equipment, leased vehicles, laboratory related management services, air-freighting samples.
• 3rd party invoice processing
• Monitoring of sales pipelines, demand forecast
• Raise billings and manage billing accrual process
• Analysis of sales and billing performance
• To maintain sales contract and procurement contracts register
• Provide reminders to team 3 months ahead on expiring contracts pending for renewal
• Performing data entry duties with regards to metrics, sales figures and other key data
• Pull reports and information from company systems, providing data and guides to help the sales team
• Takes sales information and puts it into an easily readable format
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including reserving conference rooms, equipment setup, flight & hotel bookings and creation of presentations.
• Compile and edit presentation details from multiple people and sources
• Manage financial administrative tasks related to corporate card use and expenses and manage accurate processing of departmental invoices
• Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow and prioritization
• Ensure that internal and external client demands are met

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, with minimum 5 years working experience.
• Ability to work independently, as well as able to collaborate in a team.
• Approachable and demonstrates willingness to support
• Clear communication skills (verbal and written) and able to manage interfaces with other departments.
• Organised, detail oriented, and has analytical abilities.
• Process oriented, adaptable, reliable and flexible
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Prior experience in sales administration and proficiency in Microsoft CRM, SAP systems is advantageous.
