Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating Source of Wealth, ensuring the consistency and integrity of KYC documentation, and managing risks related to customer transactions. Your efforts will be crucial in driving compliance excellence and mitigating AML/CFT risks throughout the customer lifecycle.

The Role

• Review KYC documents to assess the customer’s Source of Wealth.
• Verify SOW documents using public searches, salary data, and other reliable sources.
• Ensure all significant sources of wealth are properly identified and documented.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy of KYC data throughout the customer relationship.
• Flag any discrepancies or conflicting information, working with customers to resolve them.
• Monitor customer transactions for unusual activity or potential red flags.
• Evaluate any negative news about customers and suggest appropriate actions if needed.
• Analyze account transactions for irregularities and potential risks.
• Assess and report on the customer’s AML/CFT risk, advising on steps to reduce any identified risks.

Your Profile

• A bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years (Associate) or more than 5 years (Senior) of experience in AML/KYC, preferably in Customer Due Diligence within the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize and synthesize complex information.
• Professional and constructive when addressing past decisions or the quality of work.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work under pressure.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business units.

Job Description:

• Develop and foster strong relationship with key account.
