Key Job Purpose

• Project Management of systemisation solution including the workflow study for standard and customise solution regardless of Business Unit.
• Create the procedures and tools for Affiliates and Business Partners to support the Systemisation and workflow study from pre-sales till project closure.

Responsibilities

• Creating template and documentation related to Project Management for Systemisation.
• Creating template and survey form needed for workflow study.
• Leading and training member as a Project Manager for project.
• Govern and manage all projects with Risk taken care off.
• Supporting Sales in systemisation project by conducting workflow and presenting the draft solution to customers.
• Conduct training for Workflow/ project management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree or equivalent in Biomedical science/ IVD Information Technology
• 2 – 3 years working experience in IVD market
• Microsoft office, good communication skills.
• Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct when interacting with internal external customers.
• Prefer to have experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products before.
• Travel requirements: 30% or less
• Customer focused.

· Assisting in hiring and training beauticians as required.

· Arranging and managing the employee’s work schedules, considering seasonality for occasions and peak times.

· Maintaining records of staff members which includes their salaries and working schedules.

· Advertising and promoting services, offers, and discounts via social media.

· Monitoring stock and ordering beauty products as and when required.

· Tracking the payments received from clients.

· Offering discount bundles and running online competitions to attract new clients.

· Ensuring proper cleaning of beauty equipment and tools after use and following hygiene practices across all beauty stations.

· Maintaining records of all transactions and presenting it to the beauty or hair salon owners.

Requirements

· 5 yrs working experience in similar role.

· Proficient with all skin and hair treatments.

· Excellent knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.

· Ability to handle customers’ requests and complaints with elegance.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Strong organization and analytical skills.

· Exceptional customer service skills.

· Strong negotiation and sales skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

1. Co-ordinate sales efforts to support business growth and achieve sales targets:

• Identifying and qualifying potential prospects, analysing their buying needs, doing market research and monitoring competitors' movements.
• Work with Engineer Specialists to jointly respond to clients’ enquiries
• Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients by introducing innovative new products and solutions, and providing continuing pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Provide professional services by visiting current and new clients (if needed) for consultative selling, cross-selling or up-selling the company’s products and/or services.
• Assist in generating and qualifying new leads to arrange appointments to meet potential clients in person, to do an introduction and/or sales presentation.
• Provide reports of clients’ sales activities – trend of sales, trend of product sales and buying patterns.
• Think critically and suggest improvements that might lead to cost savings which will ultimately benefit the clients.
• Discuss and recommend plans and strategies relating to sales for improvement and implementation with Sales Manager.
• Contribute to team dynamism by sharing sales and competitors’ information.
• Grow business and achieve sales target
• Maintain High Quality Customer Service
• Coordinate sales efforts to support business

Requirements:

• Have a minimum 3 years experience in client servicing in engineering sales.
• Possess a Diploma preferably in Engineering
• Able to sell, up-sell and cross-sell
• Possess a strong positive attitude towards selling and customer service
• Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Good team working and communicating skills, both verbal and written
• Analytical and good problem solving skills
