Job Description:

• Setting up, configuring, operating, and maintaining various electronic equipment involved in outside broadcasting production, such as HD Video, UHD Video, Audio, and Communication Equipment.

• Troubleshooting camera equipment and effectively communicating and reporting any issues to the studio manager and manufacturer for problem-solving.

• Keeping equipment updated with the latest software releases to ensure optimal performance.

• Ensuring that technical equipment and systems meet safety and technical standards with minimal disruption to operations.

• Proficiency in reading and designing camera connection workflows.

• Maintaining and routing video signals, including split camera signals, genlock, and data cables.

• Familiarity with video standards, calibration, and routing signals such as HD-SDI, DisplayPort, HDMI, RAW files, color metadata, and data wrangling.

• Care and upkeep of Virtual Production systems, including cameras, tracking objects, cabling, and AV signal flow.

• Assisting camera crew with calibration workflows and mounting Virtual Production tracking hardware on set.

• Troubleshooting video feed, tracking, and calibration issues with the Virtual Production team.

• Communicating changeover status and camera changes to the Virtual Production team for smooth operation.

• Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies in the industry to maintain a cutting-edge skillset.

• Proficiency in video editing.

We are seeking a passionate and technically skilled Support Engineer to join our Asia team in Singapore. In this role, you will be the frontline champion, providing top-tier technical support to our customers. Your ability to solve complex issues with precision, combined with a strong customer focus, will help ensure our clients' success and satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, delivering prompt and professional support to customers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, escalating cases when needed for effective resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation, ensuring clarity and traceability in our support systems.
• Keep customers informed with timely updates on case progress and ensure follow-ups are completed promptly.
• Work closely with internal teams to drive resolutions and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Milestone products, support procedures, and industry best practices through continuous learning.
• Identify patterns in recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve product performance and processes.

What You’ll Bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, ideally in a customer-facing role.
• Strong technical expertise in:
  - IP networking and related technologies.
  - Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
  - Tools like TeamViewer and Wireshark for troubleshooting.
  - Virtualization and storage solutions.
  - SQL and database troubleshooting.
• Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering effective solutions.
• Experience with Milestone VMS or similar video management systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Japanese or other Asian languages is highly desirable and will be a strong advantage in supporting our diverse customer base across the region.

• Promote Company Products on TikTok:Responsible for promoting the company's application product on the US TikTok platform.
  Select quality cooperative influencers/KOLs to achieve promotional cooperation.
  
• Content Production:Assist in the content production process.
  Collaborate and liaise with influencers/KOLs, writing scripts, creating attention-grabbing content, and scheduling content publishing on TikTok platforms.
  
• Trend Analysis and Recommendations:Keep abreast of emerging trends and make appropriate recommendations for effective promotion and product placement.
  Collaborate with influencers/KOLs to develop ad creatives required for product placement.
  
• Data Analysis and Reporting:Use a data-driven mindset to measure, analyze, and report the traffic performance of TikTok ads.
  Analyze metrics cyclically to determine the output and value of TikTok content. Use data as a critical planning tool to refine strategy and tactics.
  
• Influencer/KOL Relationship Management:Attract, engage, manage, and maintain positive relationships with influencers/KOLs.
  
• Discord Community Management and Development:Manage and develop Discord community engagement.
  Implement strategic initiatives to boost weekly retention on Discord.
  Facilitate and engage in community discussions in Discord channels and group chats, resulting in increased activity levels and improved user satisfaction and retention.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, particularly on TikTok and Discord.
• Strong understanding of influencer/KOL marketing and content production.
