We are seeking an experienced and dynamic APAC Regional Sales Director to lead and expand our LED display business across the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the LED display industry. This individual will be responsible for driving regional sales strategies, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets while working collaboratively with internal teams and distributors across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the APAC region, focusing on achieving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand recognition.
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals across key APAC markets, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, including large enterprises, government bodies, and key account partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and strategic partnerships within the region to drive growth.
• Revenue & Profitability: Achieve sales targets and contribute to the profitability of the region by effectively managing resources, budgets, and costs.
• Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, market analysis, and performance reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional activities.
• Brand Management: Increase the brand's visibility and market share in APAC, ensuring adherence to corporate branding and positioning guidelines

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the LED display or related technology industry.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing large teams, and achieving revenue targets in an APAC context.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performance sales team.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the LED display industry, market trends, and customer needs across the APAC region.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and adjust tactics based on market conditions.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English; additional regional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Hindi) are a plus.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently across the APAC region as required.
• Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of diverse cultural norms and business practices in the APAC region.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the LED display, AV solutions, or tech industry.
• Strong existing network of clients and contacts within the APAC region.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and motivate sales team to achieve Annual target and objectives while building capability for future business growth ambitions.
• Route planning for the sales team to optimize sales and store visits
• Manage passionately with sales team on trade execution excellence through strong physical brand presence in the market.
• Build strong business relationships with key customers and wholesalers for greater and better business collaboration and growth.
• Align organization around delivery of AOP.
• Redeploy local resources, on short term basis to take advantage of changing business opportunities.

JOB SCOPE:

1. Conceptualize, manage and execute various video/media production projects.
2. Filming and editing of video/photo contents (corporate videos/ brand commercials / interviews / event highlights, narratives etc)
3. Operate and maintain camera equipment, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment.
4. Assembling, preparing and setting up equipment prior to filming, which may include cameras, tripods, monitors, lighting, cables and microphones etc.
5. To handle post production editing works for the Company.
6. Create basic animations, visual effects, music and sound effects for post video production.
7. Manage production timeline and ensure timelines are met from brief reception to assets delivery.
8. Planning of creative storyboards for clients.
9. Live streaming broadcast camera operation for events.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree/Diploma in Film, Sound & Video or Media or equivalent
2. Streaming knowledge: Mastering of Zoom Meetings & Webinars capabilities and OBS/vMix. Other systems welcomed.
3. Basic knowledge of audio visual lighting production.
4. Good knowledge of photography and videography skills
5. Have technical knowledge to operate, configure, set up, and fix video, audio, lighting, or other production equipment.
6. Have competency in relevant software such as Adobe Premiere CS6, After Effects (Adobe), Lightwave, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Especially in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
7. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress well.
8. Have a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and independent.
9. Need to have strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard.
10. Having design / animation skill is a bonus.

Responsibilities:
• To support the sales team with on-site or remote demonstrations, installation / training / reparation of the product scope under service responsibility throughout the entire region.
• Provide online, remote, or on-site demonstrations or testing of the supported solutions and installation/training
• Become a participant in sales team training courses and train sales personnel on-site to improve the effectiveness of their exploration actions
• Collaborate with sales representatives to participate in organizing sales activities to achieve established revenue and profit targets (exhibitions, roadshows, phone and on-site exploration, potential customer follow-up, etc)
• Weekly reports may affect the company's business positioning activities and market development (customer needs, standards, competition, etc)
• Maintain a high level of market, technical, and product knowledge by attending company training courses
• Monitor changes in market application demand

Requirements:
• At least a Diploma in Engineering fields
• 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in selling or supporting industrial equipment (ideally CNC and/or Laser)
• Local & ASEAN travelling required
• Class 3 driving licence and own vehicle not required but transport allowance will be given should candidate possess own vehicle
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, CRM software and CAD/CAM software
• Good command of verbal and written English
