The Singapore Population Health Studies (SPHS) is a large scale population-based health research project by the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role

• Deliver timely, high-quality technical support to end users in Singapore and Taipei.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 service desk support, promptly responding to and following up on incidents and user requests.

Your profile
