Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree/ Diploma in computer science, information systems, or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Cloud Infrastructure, preferably in Azure and Alibaba;
• Robust experience in maintaining and operating enterprise IT infrastructure;
• Proven track record in managing cloud deployments and migration projects;

Responsibilities

• Maintain both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, ensuring their smooth operation;
• Plan, design, and implement hardware refactoring and software upgrades to maintain their suitability and effectiveness for intended use;
• Assist and validate infrastructure and cloud compatibility and viability with original architecture and design;
• Work closely with System Integrators, and vendor organizations to architect end to end hybrid cloud solutions
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, reconfiguration, and other necessary upkeep activities;
• Monitor the health of both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, addressing any abnormalities promptly;
• Create & manage project plans;
• Be responsible for end-to-end coordination of each project phase, also being responsible for the project commitments in terms of costs, deliverables, risk management, change management, etc;
• Ensure adherence to standard best practices and compliance with IT policies, data resilience, and cybersecurity requirements in the cloud environment;
• Ensure proper documentation and perform a smooth handover to operations teams post-deployment;
• Assess the suitability of emerging cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.
