Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through various channels, including hotline calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
• Process customer orders using different purchase methods.
• Handle the enrolment of new customers in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepare daily sales reports to ensure accurate recording of payments and stock levels.
