2) Sales Order

a) Prepare Sales Contract.

Job Description:

Reception

- Cover front desk customer service duties for Primary School and MOE Kindergarten.

- Answer phone calls, attend to walk-in visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a dynamic environment where high calls volume can be expected 2-2 during peak hours).

- Maintain customer related information when required, eg phone log.

- Communicate with teachers regarding parents’ feedback/ messages from phone calls or walk-in parents.
