• Manage, configure, and support M365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related issues, providing 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Monitor M365 service health and escalate issues to Microsoft as required.
• Provide end-user support, guidance, and training on M365 tools and features.

• Implement and manage security controls, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and Identity Protection.
• Participate in change management processes for M365 service updates and enhancements.
