The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in incident and problem management, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of the production systems while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 24/7 application support on a rotational shift basis (including weekends and public holidays).
