The Sr. Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for strategically prospecting into new accounts, expanding usage within existing customer base, and ensuring these customers continue to get value from the NOW Platform. The candidate will be an individual with a demonstrable track record in new business pipeline generation ideally over the telephone within an Enterprise capacity.  They will collaborate with their team of Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, Renewal Sales and more to exceed quota and build the future of ServiceNow sales talent.

• Manage sales opportunities and business relationships with major stakeholders in the territory within commercial accounts

• Follow the sales process to win new business, expand withing existing accounts and ensure contract renewals

• Provide timely and accurate information to management such as forecasting, territory plans, strategic account plans etc.
• Working towards daily, monthly & quarterly KPI metrics such as new prospect meetings, pipeline generation, ACV bookings and Renewal Rates
• Mentor team members and work on collaborative projects to help bring value to the team
• Occasional travel for training and/or meetings may be required.

The Role

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing programs, both short and long term, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the duties personally or through the Sales & Marketing team. The incumbent directs the day-to-day activities, plans, develops and communicates strategies and goals for the teams, which include Rooms Sales, and Marketing & Communications. He / She is responsible for driving the teams in developing new accounts, nurturing existing accounts and implementing sales and marketing strategies. The incumbent will also work with the Corporate Team and Owner to create and implement hotel-level tactical sales and marketing plans, analyze current / potential market and sales trends and spearhead all activities to increase revenue and market share through added business volume and increased rate for the Hotel.

5. Establish realistic yet challenging sales targets and measure the effectiveness of strategies, tactical actions and performances of the sales team.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners and network business relations to corporate clients, like airlines, tourist offices, travel / destination management companies etc.
7. Oversee advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, direct mail, etc and guide preparation of marketing activity reports.
8. Direct marketing activities and ensure effective results within designated budgets. Maintain consistent Mondrian Brand standards throughout all products, promotional material and events.
9. Direct the effective distribution of product via various channels and develop effective strategies to maximize yield.
10. Meet with key clients, assisting sales team with managing relationships to negotiate and close deals.
11. Represent the hotel at Trade Shows, Sales Calls & Conferences to promote the hotel and its products whilst seeking new business opportunities.
12. Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposal client base expansion to evaluate production and plan for future sustained business.
13. Responsible for establishing policies and procedures and ensuring adherence

• Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works 
• Working towards deadlines set by Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager 
• Responsible for the quality of production 
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for development of CSD/SEM models for submissions 
• Supervise the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved 
• Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company’s ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner. Perform regular drawing backups and housekeeping work in the directory 
• Lead the CSD coordination meetings with engineers and designers. Define all the CSD/SEM issues, prepare and distribute the issues accordingly. Follow up with the project team on CSD and BIM model updates 
• Lead the BIM modelers assigned to the project and manage the process of exchange 
• Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities 
• Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned 
• Report regularly to the Project Manager on the progress of assigned project works 

Responsibilities:

• To manufacture production units to meet performance objectives
• Performing proper manufacturing process ( eg: Integration , functional test, Final control ) of all production unit / customer return unit for which he/she has been trained or assigned to perform.
• Manage the WIP level and turn around time at the optimum level
• Accurate reporting of any anomalies encountered during production process. Detect and alert in case of default or results deviations (even if still within the good range)
• Registration and maintenance of product quality and configuration of data.
• Ensuring Usability of test means or equipment whenever necessary with the support of M&T dept.
• To involve in 5S and Kaizen initiatives
• To support administrative works ( Raise PR, Document Archiving Process ) and production task as per assigned by team lead/supervison

• Min. NITEC or Diploma in Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
• Ability to understand and follow manufacturing/technical instructions
• Ability to read or interpret test results
• Ability to understand the concept of Lean

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain effective communication with customers in relation to logged service requests, with internal & external cross-functional teams.
• Effectively utilize service tools for the logging, triage, and classification of cases in line with published work instructions, leading to resolution – remotely or onsite while being open to learning about new tools and technologies that can improve service delivery.
• Monitoring of cases that have been assigned to ensure SLAs are being met for communication and resolution, escalating cases where SLA breach is approaching, and a case is unresolved while being open to learning about ways to improve SLA performance and customer satisfaction.
• Meeting project milestones and timelines for tasks/activities that have been assigned.
• Work on root cause analysis of the incident and work through escalation matrix for conclusive analysis.
• Undertaking analysis of cases to identify recurring incidents and liaising with Incident management, SME, and other functional groups to ensure a permanent resolution to these incident types with objective to find ways to mitigate or prevent recurring issues.
• Participating in weekly rotating on-call responsibilities, providing 24/7 coverage.
• Work with a team to perform preventive maintenance.
