Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support by answering phone and email enquiries
• Primary investigation, information gathering before escalating to internal team for further diagnosis
• Manage operational issues/risks in a timely manner; escalating when necessary
• Keep track of service requests to meet service KPIs
• Follow standard operating procedures, and respond professionally
• Communicate effectively between customers and development team on escalated issues
• Understanding of issues raised by customer
• Good sense of ownership to customers’ reported issues and track them through resolution and bring to closure of ticket raised
• Serve as a key point of contact based on agencies assigned
• Cross functional collaboration: You are required to work with different teams within our organisation to meet the needs of our business.
• Escalate critical issues / roadblocks to the Technical Support Team Lead

Requirements

• Minimum polytechnic diploma in IT, computer engineering, or relevant experience
• Preferably have knowledge in cloud services (eg. Microsoft 365, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Preferably have knowledge in ticketing system (JIRA)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving/troubleshooting skills
• Strong interest in technology
• Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical customer audience
• Ability to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level helpdesk and end-user support.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and manage network infrastructure and connectivity (patch panels, UPS, routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, etc.).
• Administer physical and virtual servers, including patching and updates.
• Manage user accounts (Active Directory, LDAP) and troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
• Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed and oversee backup operations.
• Maintain documentation and create relevant support reports.

• Manage IT assets, inventory, and supplies.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in end-user IT support or a computer operations environment.
• Proficiency in installation, configuration, migration, and maintenance of servers, PCs, OS, and software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11 and experience with Windows Server 2012/2016/2021.
• Experience with Active Directory, email accounts, Symantec Endpoint Protection, and Veritas Backup Exec.
• Basic networking (DNS, DHCP, VLAN) and advanced printer/peripheral troubleshooting.
• Interest in learning new technologies; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Uplift the existing Administrative, Human Resources, Finance and/or Logistics aspect of the company.
• Assist in Human Resource-related responsibilities, such as Time & Attendance, Claims, Employee Records, On-boarding and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the Directors.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable duties such as maintaining and following up for the Outstanding Payment list, Invoice creation and liaising with the Sales Team to obtain Invoice payment from customers.
• Maintain the structure of accurate records of inventory and warranty of our product offerings, both hardware and software. Maintain company's organization chart and admin-related documentations and records, such as preparing letter of offer, confirmation, increment & promotion, etc.
• Appreciate the initiative to continuously improve the company’s standard operation procedures (S.O.P), system and structure as well as the welfare of the company.
• Periodically assist Sales Team on administrative tasks (Sales Pipeline, Commission calculation, etc).

Requirement:-

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
