• To promote and sell company’s products and solutions based on company’s goal.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale our global sales efforts. You can choose to be based in our Singapore office or work remotely, with occasional travel for team meetings or key business events. This is a hands-on role where you will drive new business growth across the USA, Europe, and Asia, while overseeing a team of Account Executives. Preferably Managers specializing in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
• Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company.
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time.
• Report any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate Sales Manager immediately
• Understand customer's requirements, provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues.
• Able to work independently, strong initiative as well as a team player.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Preferably with 1-2 years of sales support working experience. Relevant experience in Marine Industry is an added advantage.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• Good communication skills & good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred.
